I decided to give Boston Appliance Repair
Service a try, based on the other reviews. I figured it was
worth a shot the only other way I have of picking out an appliance
repair service is through the yellow pages.
And I was very happy that my new method worked. They showed
up on time to inspect my leaking GE refrigerator. The appliance
repair technician clean and professional and gave me an estimate.
And when I gave him approval to do the job, he was careful
of not to leave any scratches on my wood floor when he moved
the refrigerator.
I'll definitely call Boston Appliance Repair again if I have
any other problems with my appliances. Overall, it was a good
experience, both with the technician and the customer service.

Fast, professional and, most
of all, honest—how often do you find these qualities
in an appliance repair company?
I had just had a miserable experience with appliance
technician sent by my home warranty company. None of them
were able to repair my Kenmore washing machine. One of them
wanted to take the washer to his shop for two weeks and, just
to do so, I had to pay an extra $450.
Instead, I called Boston Appliance repair Service
based on reviews I had read online. Their technician came
took a look and said that he could repair my washer right
on the spot, which he did, expertly.
So when you find yourself in that unenviable situation
of needing to call an honest and reliable appliance repair
service, give these guys a call. And save yourself unnecessary
misery.

| Great Appliance Repair Company! Honest,
polite, professional....I called them Saturday morning at 9
a.m. my Kitchen Aid dishwasher was repaired within three hours.
They're very efficient and honest.
My story: my rental house is in Lexington 02420. The tenant
called me because the dishwasher started leaking on Friday,
and while I was waiting for my neighbor to call me back with
the name of an appliance repair company, the current tenant
called some other appliance repair place in Boston from the
yellow book. They want to charge $ 98.00 for the service call
and then they were going to charge an additional cost for
the repair.
I told them I would think about it and luckily found Boston
Appliance Repair online, since none of my friends seemed to
know a good appliance repair company.
I am glad I followed my common sense and it paid back. They
delivered great and quick service. Now I have their number
and if something happens with my appliances, I know who to
call.

| We all know what a racket homeowner
warranties are. My washer start leaking, but the warranty customer
service said this did not warrant an emergency call. They told
me their appliance repair technicians wouldn't be able to come
out for another five days. I remembered
talking to one of my co-workers about her refrigerator getting
repaired recently. She put us in touch with the company she
used and within a couple of hours a Boston Appliance Repair
technician squeezed us in the same day into his already busy
afternoon.
When he arrived, he inspect the problem with the
washer. He could have suggested replacing both the water valve
and the cold and hot water rubber hoses, but said he didn't
believe in replacing something that still worked—I never
would have known the difference. Instead he just replaced
the defective water valve and he gave me his professional
insights into the pros and cons of Maytag washers.
The technician wasn't even able to stay long enough
to even take a check the had to go back to his regularly scheduled
appointment and said that their customer service would call
the next day to process my credit card. That's why I'm giving
Boston Appliance Repair 5 stars: Any reliable appliance repair
company could have done the job, of course, but unlike other
places, Boston Appliance Repair answers the phone quickly
and calls you back when they promise. Their customer service
representative did call me back the next day and my receipt
came in the mail the following day. When the front and back
end operations are that efficient, I know I'm not getting
special treatment because of my co-worker’s referral.
Their business is simply that well run.

We went through quite a few appliance
repair places before, finally, our neighbor recommended Boston
Appliance Repair saying that they are really laid back, but
they really know what they are doing. I don't think it takes
a rocket scientist to repair dryers, so the most important
thing is that their work is solid and their prices are decent....even
on the inexpensive side. And, in the time, when I've been
faced with an appliance repair emergency, Boston Appliance
Repair was there!

I called them, they called right back and scheduled a time. several hours before they were due at my house i received a call saying the repair man was running a little late. i appreciated know well in advance and really liked that they had the professionalism to give me the head-up. when the repair man arrive, he was awesome!!! assessed the issue, repaired it, explained what it was and was done quickly. he was courteous and helpful. and the cost of the whole thing was a delight. i trust this outfit and would recommend to anyone. |
